With over 20 years of experience in the service industry, Charles Wijesuriya is the go-to expert for device repairs and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As the General Manager of Customer Experience at Nexus Communications, Charles leverages his extensive expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Previously, he served as Head of Services & Corporate Sales at GNext, where he successfully managed Apple service center operations, streamlining policies and processes to reduce lead times and enhance service quality.

Charles has also held key leadership roles, including Chief Manager of Customer Service (Head of Division) at Samsung Electronics Sri Lanka and Manager of Enterprise Projects at Greenwich Lanka (PVT) LTD, a subsidiary of PCH Group. His dedication to excellence and deep industry knowledge make him an invaluable asset to our team.
